Second, it will keep track of the customers' experience and feedback for each order. This will help the managers look at employee performance for certain characteristics of each basket. The database will also measure the popularity of each of the different baskets to help the store maintain the required materials for the forecast of an average day of order fulfillment.

Once the customer picks up the basket, they are asked to rate their experience in the following categories: Appearance Freshness Timeliness Overall Satisfaction
Once the feedback is left, the managers can go in and look at the correlation between the customer feedback and the employee that created the particular basket to make sure the employees are performing adequately.
Besides the employee performance, the store will now be able to track the popularity of each basket so that they can plan the production of each on a weekly basis.
